• We will transfer the ownership of the domain you purchased to you within 2 business days of you providing us with your information
• If you purchased the website option, we will setup your website with 1 year hosting within 1 week you your sending us all the content for the website

If we do not meet this guarantee, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

Because domain ownership transfers are final and non-reversible, we do not offer refunds for conditions other than the ones listed above.
